The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.Experience performing or managing aircraft structural stress analysis.Experience leading technical teams or coordinating complex engineering work.Ability to review and approve engineering analyses, reports, repairs, and technical dispositions.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to obtain and maintain required program access or security clearance.Desired SkillsF-16 or F-22 structural analysis experience.Experience with static strength, durability, damage tolerance, and aircraft repairs.Familiarity with ASIP, CAM responsibilities, fleet sustainment, and field support.Experience coordinating across Design, Service Life, M&P, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program organizations.Strong workload prioritization and employee-development skills.Experience working directly with customers and government organizations.Ability to make timely, technically defensible decisions in a high-tempo environment.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
