RN Cath Lab Day Shift

In-Office | Granbury, TX, United States

Must live 50 miles outside of Granbury, TX

Salary starts at 1800.00 per week and is negotiable

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Cath Lab during day shifts.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.

• Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for continuous improvement.

• Assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Cath Lab.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve personal effectiveness.

• Contribute to achieving departmental goals and targets.

• Monitor and document patient vital signs and responses.

• Educate patients and families about procedures and post-care instructions.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the Cath Lab.

• Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff members.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license with experience in Cath Lab procedures.

• Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

• Proven track record of meeting performance metrics and departmental goals.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience in monitoring and documenting patient vital signs accurately.

• Strong communication skills for educating patients and families.

• Experience in assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

• Knowledge of hospital policies and regulatory standards compliance.

• Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Willingness to mentor and train new staff members.
