Responsibilities include:

• Delivering individualized and group OT services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Collaborating with teachers and support personnel to integrate therapeutic strategies into daily activities
• Conducting assessments to identify needs, track progress, and adjust plans as needed
• Maintaining precise documentation and participating in regular IEP meetings
• Communicating effectively with families and team members
• Promoting an inclusive and supportive school environment

Ideal candidates bring:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio
• Previous experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations
• Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and compliance
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to adapt approaches for diverse needs and learning styles
• Commitment to fostering student engagement, confidence, and independence

The position is full time at 37.5 hours per week, beginning August 7, 2026, and concluding May 28, 2027.
