Marketing Manager

Daydreamer is looking for a creative, highly organized, & strategic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is an excellent builder, who will execute the overarching marketing calendar, drive all departmental work from conception to completion, and possess a high level of ownership. This role will report directly to the VP of Brand and Creative and play a key role in the growth of Daydreamer’s D2C business. Duties: Partner with VP of Brand and Creative to ideate all marketing stories & campaigns - concept ideas, craft briefs, and independently manage all timelines, deliverables & necessary approvals. Own marketing calendar - action story briefs,provide the outline and direction for all assets, compile imagery & write on brand copy for all elements. Collaborate with the Content Manager on all creative content needs, keeping all customer touchpoints in mind. Lead 1st review and QA of all deliverables, both internal and external. Action all email and SMS campaigns - from build to send. Organize all relevant weekly and monthly reporting - identifying & tracking KPI’s, and apply findings to all future marketing plans. Write on brand copy for all brand touchpoints. Advise on segmentation, customer journey, and lifecycle marketing advances across email and SMS. Facilitate the execution of all brand events, pop-ups, sample sales & photoshoots, etc. Support VP of Brand and Creative in all aspects of the Marketing department. Must Have: 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within fashion, apparel, or consumer brands. Proven ability to independently manage campaigns from concept and brief through execution and launch. Strong marketing instincts with an ability to turn products and business priorities into compelling consumer-facing stories. Excellent copywriting, editing, communication, and project-management skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Hands‑on experience executing email marketing campaigns; Klaviyo or comparable platform experience preferred. Experience with SMS platforms such as Attentive and/or lifecycle marketing, segmentation, flows, and A/B testing is a plus.
