What we offer:

Uncapped commission with competitive bps, full product menu (conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, non-QM, BPL), dedicated marketing support and co-branded content, modern tech stack, and multi-state licensing support. 

What you bring:

• Active NMLS license in New York (or ability to obtain promptly); clean regulatory record

• 2+ years of front-end origination experience; luxury/investor market experience preferred

• Established referral relationships

• Strong consultative and communication skills with client-first focus

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline

• Tech-proficient and comfortable operating in a digital-first environment

Compensation: 

Competitive bps structure. This position is commission-based . Annualized earnings typically range from $50,000–$500,000+ , depending on production volume and loan mix.
