What You'll Do

• Provide holistic, patient-centered nursing care in an interventional radiology setting
• Assess patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
• Develop and revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and clinical assessment
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Delegate and supervise activities to other healthcare providers as appropriate
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote best nursing practices
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare standards

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in Minnesota or the ability to obtain
• Experience in interventional radiology, acute care, or similar specialty preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and delegation skills

Preferred:

• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities
