TECHNICAL SERVICES ENGINEER

Role: TECHNICAL SERVICES ENGINEER (Electrical Engineering). Main objective: Fulfill customer and production requirements by being responsible for the development of testing and technical services of equipment. Main responsibilities: Manage after-sales service requirements. Resolve customer inquiries. Address technical requirements for support in bids and tenders. Fulfill technical requirements from production area. Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in electrical engineering. Knowledge of transformer maintenance, testing, and assembly (preferred). Budget development and management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven leadership abilities.
