Responsibilities:  

• Apply high-quality window tint films to vehicles with precision and attention to detail.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and ensuring proper adhesion for tint application.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
• Assist customers with tint options and educate them on the benefits of window tinting.
• Stay up to date on the latest tinting techniques and products in the industry.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements:

 

• Proven experience in automotive tinting or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of different tinting materials and application techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
