WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

This role helps support and improve the technology behind incentive compensation plans across the organization. Serves as a power user and key partner to business and technology teams. Translates business needs into technical requirements and system configuration. Supports automation, data extraction, data transformation, testing, documentation, and issue resolution. Helps ensure the incentive compensation platform is accurate, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business rules. Plays an important role in maintaining data integrity and supporting users across the organization.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

Experience supporting, configuring, or improving an incentive compensation management platform such as ICM, Motivator, Varicent, Xactly, Oracle ICM, or a similar system. (Oracle ICM strong preference) Strong analytical background with the ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements. Experience working with HR, IT, sales operations, finance, compensation, or enterprise business applications. Ability to write logical queries, build complex Excel formulas, and support calculations/reporting. Comfortable performing QA testing, troubleshooting system issues, identifying root causes, and recommending process or system improvements. Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical business partners. Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and special projects. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
