Senior Power Systems Electrical Engineer

Constellation Energy seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to support design, reliability, and performance of power generation and distribution systems. In this role, you will develop and review electrical designs, perform load and fault analyses, and ensure compliance with industry codes and utility standards. You will lead root-cause investigations, support grid integration of renewable and conventional assets, and drive system upgrades for safety and efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will mentor junior engineers, manage technical documentation, and contribute to sustainability and reliability initiatives across Constellation’s portfolio.
