Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain operating room for surgical procedures.
• Monitor the patient’s physiological and emotional well-being throughout the surgical process.
• Assist with instrument counts prior to surgery to ensure all needed items are available.
• Direct and coordinate room personnel and surgical teams in preparing for procedures.
• Maintain sterile field and monitor for breaks in aseptic technique during the procedure.
• Perform post-operative assessments and assist in recovery room as necessary.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Minimum of one year CVOR experience required.
• BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
