Key Responsibilities
As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Life Point, you will take on a varied and dynamic role that centers on delivering effective therapeutic interventions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Performing comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual needs and establishing personalized treatment plans based on physician referrals.
- Administering a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and exercises tailored to enhance musculoskeletal function and expedite recovery.
- Offering education to patients and caregivers about their conditions, treatment protocols, and self-management strategies to encourage active participation in recovery.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, ensuring that the treatment aligns with best practices and the latest research in physical therapy.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited institution; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
- Active state licensure in Physical Therapy.
- Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, along with effective interpersonal skills.
- Competence in utilizing electronic medical record systems and general computer software.

Preferred Experience
