HVAC Estimator (wet-side)

This is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage multiple jobs.
- Build effective, profitable winning bids for upcoming projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, designers, engineers, and estimating team on identifying changes or modifications for estimates.
Requirements:
- Title 24 and OSHPD knowledge
- 4+ years of Estimating field experience working on large commercial HVAC projects: schools, hospitals, airports, high-rises, hotels, stadiums, data centers, commercial buildings, among others.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction or similar
- Strong technical skillset working with MS Excel, Quickpen/Accubid, BlueBeam, other estimating software knowledge is a plus.
