Job Description

Pink Bean Coffee in Somerset, MA is looking for a team member to join us as a barista, food runner or smoothie artist. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious with a strong attendance record and fantastic customer service. We are a very busy cafe so restaurant experience is a must. Shifts run between 6:30am and 3pm. Offering up to 40 hours. Get your work hours in and still get out in time to enjoy the sunshine!

Responsibilities

Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with our process, recipes and customer needs
Maintain a clean and tidy work area
Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
sidework, stocking and teamwork essential

Qualifications

Proven working experience in restaurant industry
High integrity with a great attendance record
Strong attention to detail
