Location: Lancaster, South Carolina

What We Offer:

Schedule: Full-time (36 hours weekly). Day shift, three 12-hour shifts per week, includes some weekend coverage.

Shift Differentials: Earn additional pay when eligible (must work at least 4 hours into the shift):

• Monday - Thursday 3 p.m. 11 p.m. = $4.50 per hour
• Monday - Thursday 11 p.m. 7 a.m. = $4.75 per hour
• Friday - Sunday 11 p.m. 7 a.m. = $7.00 per hour
• Saturday Sunday 7 a.m. 3 p.m. = $5.00 per hour
• Saturday Sunday 3 p.m. 11 p.m. = $6.50 per hour

The Registered Nurse reports to the Nurse Manager and provides high-quality nursing care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver patient and family-centered care
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Lead and support assigned team members
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Provide patient education and health promotion
• Promote a safe, therapeutic, and healing environment
• Participate in shared governance and professional practice initiatives
• Utilize critical thinking to improve patient outcomes
• Support clinical excellence and evidence-based practice
• Demonstrate accountability, leadership, and professional growth

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Licensure & Certifications: Current South Carolina Registered Nurse License or Compact State RN License, current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
