If driving the business and functional requirements of large-scale projects fits squarely within your digital wheelhouse, Accenture may be the perfect place to build your career.  The work:Plan and perform analysis of content management activities and/or functions and guides the subsequent design and implementation or improvement of existing AEM applications   Own and prioritize product backlogs, facilitate backlog requirement sessions, and drive feature prioritization aligned to business objectives.Understanding of modern AEM delivery patterns including Edge Delivery Services (EDS). document-based authoring, and headless content delivery approaches.Lead content migration strategy including content inventory, rationalization, metadata mapping, governance, and migration execution planning.Familiarity with AI Fundamentals to understand the AI Features Supported by Adobe Ecosystem.Offer suggestions and recommendations during AEM solution design and execution phase from a functional perspective to ensure business intent is understood by the project team  Serve as the bridge/translator between the business team and technical resources during development and implementation to ensure that requirements and dependencies are well understood   Provide insights and recommendations around AEM best practices and drives client team for optimal decision making across global digital strategy, AEM platform governance, onboarding of net-new sites and other essential AEM digital deliverables    General understanding of the overall Application Architecture, including: Author, Publisher, Dispatcher, Load Balancing, CDN and other security layers.  Outline pros and cons to AEM solutions and showcase a forward-thinking approach for both short term and long-term business use cases  Provide oversight across Adobe Assets/Analytics setup, taxonomy and configurations    Drive framework for Adobe tools to ultimately interface and integrate with Third Party applications  Help to identify technical feasibility of requirements while calling out gaps and raising issues accordingly   Oversee and serve as functional SME for integration points, workflows, content authoring, run management, platform governance as well as documentation deliverables   Show deep understanding and knowledge in Agile development as well as in User Story/Backlog management   Lead and contribute to the definition of content governance procedures and business requirements, functional designs, and workflows for creating, managing and publishing web content   Assist with business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touch points through multi-channel applications    Organize and assist in “bringing together” the suite of Adobe Cloud Marketing offerings (Sites, Assets, Analytics, Forms, Campaign, Target, Magento, etc.)  Mentor and coach team members by sharing perspective and knowledge of Content Management initiatives and maintaining open dialogue with colleagues and clients   Support the development of strong client relationships by building trust, rapport and strong working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members   Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary based on the client requirements and business needs.What you’ll need:Minimum 5 years of experience leading full lifecycle digital platform implementations using SDLC methodologies, with responsibility for requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment of enterprise web content management solutions.Minimum 3 years of experience delivering or re-launching Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other Web Content Management (WCM) platforms, including content governance, authoring workflows, and content publishing processes.2+ years of experience serving as a functional lead, product owner, or business analyst, translating business requirements into user stories, managing product backlogs, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and driving feature prioritization.3+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager Sites and Assets, including content migration, taxonomy and metadata strategy, platform governance, integrations, and modern content delivery approaches such as headless CMS and Edge Delivery Services (EDS).Bonus points:Adobe Experience Manager Business PractitionerAdobe Experience Cloud CertificationsSAFe Agilist / Scrum CertificationsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
