Acquisitions Rep (Real Estate Wholesaling)

We are a real estate wholesaling company looking for an experienced Acquisitions Rep to join our team. Our setters pre-qualify motivated seller leads, and your job is to take those warm, pre-qualified leads and negotiate and lock deals up under contract. You will build rapport with sellers, handle objections, run comps, determine offer numbers, and close contracts efficiently.
This is a great opportunity for a strong closer who wants to work with a steady stream of pre-qualified leads instead of cold prospecting.
Pay: $4-$7/hour base pay, plus 5% of deal profit or assignment fee on closed deals you help secure, subject to company deal terms.
Schedule: Flexible remote schedule, full-time (40 hrs/wk).
