Learning Content Developer

Utilizing project management and instructional design skills, the full-time remote Learning Content Developer will create effective learning solutions, analyze performance needs, and develop innovative training materials to enhance organizational objectives. Key responsibilities Apply instructional design principles to various educational formats and ensure training materials meet learning objectives Analyze performance needs to develop tailored learning content and gather feedback for continuous improvement Manage and review existing content to maintain relevance and quality, while contributing to new curriculum ideas Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent to 8 years of work-related experience in instructional design and adult learning; master's degree preferred 4 years of instructional design experience required Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
