Having knowledge in BRIM SOM Data models, tables, function modules tec. At least worked on 2-3 projects in CRM ABAP & Web UI Technical area. Also worked on at least 1 project in BRIM SOM area. Strong experience in CRM Web UI including component enhancement, component workbench, component usage, CRM UI screen enhancement etc. Having knowledge in BRF Plus. Having knowledge of FQEvent and how knowledge of technical architecture of BRIM and how data flow happens technically across modules of module. Having good knowledge in SOA integration to integrate with other BRIM modules & external systems. Exposure to B2B & EDI, Online customer facing eCommerce solutions, Pricing, Contract Management Experience in crafting creative solutions to difficult problems CRM Middleware experience Certifications in SAP SOM & CRM Implementation experiences on SAP SOM (CRM), SAP CC (Convergent Charging), SAP CI (Convergent Invoicing), SAP FI-CA and SAP CM (convergent mediation) Knowledge of BAPIs, business events, user-exits in the area of SAP SOM, SAP CC, SAP CI, and SAP FICA.
