About Us We are a small to medium-size package delivery firm seeking customer obsessed, team oriented Delivery/Driver Associates with good problem solving skills and a can-do mindset to join our team! Ideal candidates are enthusiastic and ready to get the job done Successful drivers put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction by ensuring the delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes Responsibilities Deliver products to customer locations in a timely manner Load and unload vehicle Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle Maintain accurate inventory of packages and materials Meet performance metrics Qualifications Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields Ability to handle physical workload (moving in and out of a van up to 250 times) Deadline-oriented Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license Must have 2 years of driving experience and clean driving record Ability to effectively communicate in English (Bilingual candidates are welcome to apply) Independent problem solver who is passionate about customer service Able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.) and be able to get in and out of a van multiple times throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation Job Offer is Contingent Upon Successfully pass a drug screening/test A background check and motor vehicle check Successfully pass an online training exam and road test Associates Enjoy Ongoing Driver and Safety Training Program Well maintained and road-worthy vehicles Team culture that focuses on collaboration and customer obsession World-class benefits package, competitive pay, 401K, uniform program, PTO and more!
