Shift Manager – McDonald's This position is in a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee; the franchisee is the employer. Overview Shift Managers lead crew each shift, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service while maintaining quality, cleanliness, safety, and profitability. Responsibilities Plan and schedule shifts. Oversee shift performance and maintain McDonald's standards. Ensure food safety and quality food production. Manage crew, schedule, train, and coach staff. Handle inventory management and internal communication. Maintain safety, security, and compliance with policies. Track performance targets and support departmental goals. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred.
