Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – FT / PT / PRN
Green Acres Nursing & Rehab – La Plata, MD
$37–$47/hour (based on experience/hours)
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide treatment under the direction of a Physical Therapist

• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises

• Document treatments and patient progress

• Help maintain a safe, clean therapy environment

• Educate patients and collaborate with the care team

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program

• Active Maryland PTA license

• SNF or geriatric experience preferred (not required)
