It involves educating customers, demonstrating solutions, and using digital tools to enhance the customer experience. The role requires building strong customer relationships through meaningful interactions and solution-based selling techniques. Success is measured by meeting sales targets, providing quality customer experiences, and adhering to operational standards. The work directly influences customer satisfaction and contributes to the overall performance of the retail sales environment.

Job Responsibilities

:

Engage proactively with customers in a high-traffic retail environment to drive wireless product and service sales Leverage digital self-service tools and solution-based selling to identify customer needs and demonstrate product value Complete training and maintain knowledge of products, processes, and systems to ensure readiness and operational compliance Build rapport and trust with customers by providing personalized service and managing follow-up activities to increase sales Collaborate with nearby leadership and teams to support customer account setup, device support, and servicing Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience

Successful candidate’s actual incentive earnings vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile, are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
