TAR, a hardware and software infrastructure company, seeks a Head of Interconnection & Transmission in Austin to own, monetize, and scale interconnection for data-center campuses including a flagship West Texas site. You will manage end-to-end interconnection, market participation, and export strategy with the co-founders, traveling to sites as needed. Ideal candidate has 10+ years in ERCOT-related work, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to build a high-impact team from day one while
