On-Site Community Manager | Lead, Leasing & Operations

Asset Living

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to lead all on-site operations at a housing community, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financials, while ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines. Strong leadership is essential to drive resident satisfaction and performance. You will develop budgets, monitor deposits and rents, coordinate vendor invoices, and implement marketing and retention programs to optimize #J-18808-Ljbffr Asset Living
