About the Role

Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager  job open due to growth. The agency is a large firm with a highly specialized team that needs more help at the senior service level. In this role, you help with some of the smaller accounts and program business. Over time you’ll add more complex lines and larger accounts. It’s a great way to ease into a team with opportunities to be mentored and learn from senior account executives but also have a lot of autonomy from the start managing your own clients.

Location: Nashville, TN. Hybrid schedule available. 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Establish solid client relationships and manage the delivery of services
• Answer questions from clients and managing day-to-day account responsibilities regarding coverage, billing and collections resolutions, policy changes, completing applications, etc.
• Correspond with carriers and provide status reports on new business and renewal pricing and coverage options

Skills & Experience

• At least 3-5 years of commercial property and casualty account management experience
• Broad proficiency with P&C package policies like general liability, property, auto, workers compensation, and professional liability
• Active state insurance license
