Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
• Active BLS certification
• GE experience is preferred
• Generalist experience valued
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapies and treatments to patients of varying acuity
• Assess, monitor, and document patient response to therapy
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to provide the highest standard of care
• Operate and maintain respiratory equipment accurately and safely
• Provide patient and family education regarding respiratory care and wellness
