Lee Company is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead construction and facility maintenance projects within our Facilities, Maintenance & Asset Management team. This role oversees daily on-site operations, coordinates crews and subcontractors, and ensures work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. The Site Supervisor manages schedules, materials, and equipment, conducts safety meetings and inspections, and serves as the primary on-site contact for customers. Ideal candidates bring strong technical knowledge of building systems, effective leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to safety, customer service, and teamwork.
