Volt is hiring an Order Processing Specialist in El Paso, TX.

As an Order Processing Specialist, you will:

• Manage and track customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle.
• Coordinate production schedules based on customer requirements, lead times, and plant capacity.
• Maintain accurate order data, shipment dates, and status updates within SAP and other business systems.
• Monitor order priorities, resolve scheduling issues, and escalate potential delivery risks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to support successful order execution.
• Process order authorizations and support timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to customer orders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall operational performance.

This is a full-time opportunity!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (flexible to work OT on Saturday)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in order management, production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and highly detail-oriented.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
