The Role

\n

\n

This role requires 2 to 5 years in commercial real estate: acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, leasing, or legal. If you haven't worked in CRE, this is not the right fit.

\n

\n

Commercial real estate runs on fragmented systems, manual review, and institutional habits that should have been replaced years ago. You've seen it from the inside, and you've seen how much friction sits between documents and decisions. We're building the layer that fixes it, and this role owns how that layer lands inside customer organizations.

You'll be the person in the room. You take a customer's operating environment, figure out how Prismera fits, and drive the adoption that turns a pilot into a platform. You move between the executive conversation and the day-to-day operator without losing either. You're the connective tissue between customer, product, and leadership.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end deployment of Prismera across customer accounts.
\n
• Design how Prismera fits into each customer's operating environment.
\n
• Work directly with stakeholders across acquisitions, leasing, asset management, legal, operations, and portfolio leadership.
\n
• Drive adoption across teams and decision-makers.
\n
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities.
\n
• Act as the connective tissue between customer, product, and leadership.
\n
• Develop deep expertise in both Prismera and the operational reality of institutional CRE.

Who You Are

• 2 to 5 years in commercial real estate: acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, leasing, legal, or another role where you worked closely with clients and the underlying deals or documents.
\n
• You are strong with people. You build trust fast with both senior executives and day-to-day operators, and you're credible whether the conversation is strategic or in the weeds.
\n
• You are highly structured and commercially sharp. You can take an ambiguous customer situation, break it into clear problems, and drive toward outcomes that create real enterprise value.
\n
• You are energized by understanding how real work gets done and finding the leverage points that make it faster, cleaner, and more scalable.
\n
• You are fluent with modern AI tools and excited to work deeply with them. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be eager to see how they get deployed in serious enterprise settings.

• You have strong product instincts. You can tell the difference between a one-off request and a signal that should shape the roadmap.
\n
• You move fast, operate with high ownership, and don't wait around for perfect instructions. You close gaps.
