Job Description Job Description Tri-State Physical Therapy (TSPT), a division of Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, is seeking a full-time licensed Physical Therapist to join our well-established and growing practice. This position is Monday through Friday at our newly-opened office located in the Clearview Medical Pavilion in Butler, Pennsylvania.About Us:Founded in 2005, TSPT provides a full range of musculoskeletal rehabilitation, including physical, occupational, and hand therapy services, to ensure quality and comprehensive care for our patients. With a high volume of patient referrals from Tri-State Orthopaedics surgeons, our therapists dedicate the majority of their time to patient care, not marketing. Therapists utilize state-of-the-art techniques and equipment to provide each patient with an individualized and complete rehabilitation program. This coordination and continuity of care, with close communication among our physicians and therapists, enhances our patients' recovery process.TSPT currently has five convenient office locations with spacious gyms and advanced technology used by professional athletes. We also offer a variety of Sports Performance and Injury Prevention services for athletes, injured workers, weekend warriors, and Medicare-aged seniors. We are committed to providing the highest quality patient care in an enjoyable work environment, while fostering excellent outcomes and exceptional customer service.Qualifications: - Licensed Physical Therapist.- Upbeat, dynamic, and outgoing personality.- EMR experience is a plus.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):- Adhering to a full-time, 40-hour weekly schedule at the Butler office (Clearview Medical Pavilion).- Providing physical therapy services, including patient evaluations, follow-up treatment, and developing individualized plans of care with revisions as necessary.- Assisting patients in returning to an optimum and productive level within their capabilities.- Consulting with physicians regarding patient progress and assisting in evaluating level of function to achieve maximum outcomes.- Performing skilled, evidence-based procedures as ordered by the treating physician.- Preparing daily clinical notes and routine progress reports.- Instructing patients and family members regarding in-home exercise programs and activities of daily living.- Supervising office Therapy Aides and Certified Athletic Trainers.How to Apply:If you would like to be a Member of our AMAZING Team, please reply here or you may apply on our website, through the Careers tab located in the top right corner of the home page.
