Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Physical Therapy licensure in PA

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
• 40 hours/week
• Productivity expectation: 30 points/week
• Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
• Responsibilities include physical therapy SOC, recerts, evaluations, visits, and discharges

Location Highlights

Selinsgrove offers access to central Pennsylvania outdoor recreation and small-town convenience. Susquehanna University is located in town, and Knoebels Amusement Resort is about 25 miles away in Elysburg for rides and seasonal entertainment.
