Location: Jay, OK area
Facility Type: Outpatient / Tribal Community Health Center
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Shift: 8-hour day shifts
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Employment Type: Contract Assignment
Start: Late June
Patient Volume: Approximately 2.5–3 patients per hour

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician for a contract assignment in the Jay, OK area. This opportunity is with an outpatient community health center serving patients across a broad range of primary care needs.

The physician will examine patients, take medical histories, prescribe medications, manage acute and chronic conditions, and provide patient-centered primary care services for patients of all ages.

This role is based in a community health setting that provides comprehensive outpatient healthcare services to the local community. The care environment includes primary care, behavioral health, pharmacy, lab, radiology, specialty support, wellness services, and care coordination.

The ideal provider will be comfortable treating patients across the lifespan and managing both acute and chronic care needs in a busy outpatient setting. This role requires strong primary care experience, flexibility with scheduling, and the ability to support high-quality care in a culturally respectful healthcare environment.

• Examine, diagnose, and treat primary care patients

• Manage acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages

• Develop and follow evidence-based care plans

• Prescribe medications and order labs, imaging, or referrals as needed

• Educate patients on preventive care, medications, lifestyle, and wellness

• Coordinate care with nursing, pharmacy, behavioral health, and specialty teams

• Document care accurately in the electronic health record

• Support quality measures, productivity goals, and patient care standards

• Minimum of 1 year of Primary Care experience required

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Comfortable treating patients of all ages

• Experience managing both acute and chronic care needs

• Able to see approximately 2.5–3 patients per hour

• Strong EHR, communication, and care coordination skills

• Must be flexible with scheduling and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Unrestricted Oklahoma medical license required, or active IMLC with Oklahoma license application submitted at time of submission

• Board Certification required

• ACLS certification required

• PALS certification required

• BLS certification required

• OBNDD registration required
