ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2018 after previously working for another State Farm agent. That experience gave me a strong foundation in the industry and reinforced my passion for helping people protect what matters most while building meaningful relationships within the community.

I graduated from Shippensburg University with a degree in Finance. My wife and I have five children, and family is a huge part of my life. Outside of work, you'll usually find us attending our kids' sporting events, swimming at the local pool, hiking nearby trails, or simply spending time together.

Giving back to the community is incredibly important to me. I serve as President of the Souderton Area Youth Wrestling Association and am proud to support local youth sports programs throughout the area. If there's an opportunity to help local kids and families, chances are we're involved.

Our agency currently has three team members and continues to grow. We offer 15 days of PTO, a health insurance stipend, profit-sharing opportunities, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Richard D'Antonio - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
