As the Physical Therapist embedded in this community, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Know your residents—not just your caseload

• Use real-world information to strengthen clinical decision-making

• Partner directly with caregivers and community leadership

• Address mobility, balance, falls, strength and function

• Help identify changes before they become bigger problems

• Shape wellness and mobility programming

• Practice with technology designed to reduce administrative work
