• Starting compensation of $75,000+
• No weekends
• Established customer base and steady workflow
• Average goal of 100 vehicles per month per advisor

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns
• Create estimates and service recommendations
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
• Coordinate repairs with technicians
• Schedule appointments and manage workflow
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

• 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
