Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular (ICU OH) RN Location: Not specified. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients within the ICU Cardiovascular specialty. The role requires utilizing specialized knowledge and judgment to deliver high-quality care tailored to patients' physical, developmental, and psychological needs.

Job Details

• Position Description: This role assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and discharge planning needs. It reviews patient history, diagnostics, and laboratory data, completing assessments and reassessments as needed. The nurse formulates and initiates individualized care plans, including discharge planning, and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities also include direct patient care, delegation, supervision, documentation, and participation in research activities.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, and have clinical experience relevant to the specialty area. Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months is preferred.
• Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
