What you\'ll be doing Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle What success looks like Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $564K annualized Year 1: Top quartile clears $250K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles Who we\'re looking for Coachable.
