Registered Nurse (RN)This role involves travel as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU). The position requires a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients in a dynamic environment. As part of the nursing team, you will play a crucial role in patient assessment, treatment planning, and execution of care plans.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct patient care in accordance with established policies and protocols.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on individual patient needs.Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and preventive care.Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting, preferably in IMCU or a related area.Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to make sound clinical judgments.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patient interaction.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.LocationThis position is located in Tallahassee, FL.About the FacilityJoin a dedicated team in an accredited healthcare facility that has been serving the community for over 40 years.
