Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Technician to support our field teams with soft washing and holiday lighting installations. This is a hands‑on, outdoor role where safety, attention to detail, and teamwork are key. No prior experience? No problem—we provide full training! Responsibilities Load and unload work trucks with tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently Assist Lead Technician with residential and commercial soft washing and holiday lighting installations Follow company procedures to ensure high‑quality service and customer satisfaction Take precautions to protect landscaping, surfaces, and customer property during cleaning and lighting jobs Perform light equipment maintenance and clean‑up duties Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized work environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED (preferred) Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment (training provided) Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required) What We Offer Competitive pay Paid, hands‑on training with industry‑leading tools and methods A respectful, team‑focused work culture Real opportunities for career advancement and skill development Seasonal bonus potential (based on performance) Our company is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
