Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: Support Project Directors in the delivery of luxury residential and commercial developments. Assist with project planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors. Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, reports, risk registers, and documentation. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues. Assist with the procurement of high-end finishes, materials, FF&E, and specialist contractors. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, consultants, and client representatives. Support multiple projects across the U.S., Europe, and other international locations. Requirements: 7+ years of project management experience within luxury real estate, construction, development, or owner's representation. Strong exposure to high-end residential, hospitality, luxury retail, or bespoke fit-out projects. Experience managing projects from planning through construction and closeout. Strong construction administration and project delivery experience. Bachelor's degree required; Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred. Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a discreet, fast‑paced, and detail‑oriented environment. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
