Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality resident care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans; coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal requirements; support preparation for surveys and audits.
• Oversee clinical operations including medication administration, infection control, and safety protocols.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, and onboarding of nursing personnel.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and other leaders to optimize resident outcomes and care processes.

Requirements

• Active RN license in West Virginia or eligibility to practice there.
• Leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting; Director of Nursing or equivalent role preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS/state regulations and quality improvement processes.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to manage clinical operations and staffing in a fast-paced, resident-centered setting.
• Availability to work the specified shift and fulfill a travel assignment.
