Job Description

As a Loan Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in helping customers navigate their home financing journey. You'll connect with potential clients, uncover their needs, and provide expert guidance on loan options—all while enjoying unlimited earning potential and a fast-paced, rewarding career.

Rotational Program

• Complete a comprehensive 3-month, fully paid training program to gain hands-on experience
• Prepare for and pass your NMLS exam to become licensed
• Transition into the Loan Advisor role, where you'll start working with clients, closing loans, and earning commission

Compensation

Enjoy a competitive commission-based structure with potential annual earnings ranging from $75,000 to $200,000.
