Senior Civilian Lead
You will serve as the senior civilian lead, providing long-term continuity and stability for the J43 Logistics Operations Division.
You will advise the USINDOPACOM Joint Directorate leadership on logistical support issues that could negatively impact mission execution and combat readiness.
You will exercise delegated managerial authority to set long-range goals, approve multi-year work plans, and manage the allocation of the division's budget.
You will direct subordinate supervisors who oversee substantial GS-14/15 level workloads, ensuring the integration of numerous important projects and administrative functions.
You will be responsible for the timely publication of critical theater documents, including the Distribution Plan, Posture Plan, and Movement Prioritization policy.
