Residential Advocate (PT) - 3pm-11pm EOW

Residential Advocate Recovering Hope Treatment Center – Mora, MN Job Type: Part-Time, 8 hours per week Pay: $17.00 - $22.85 per hour; based on experience (with additional evening, overnight, and weekend shift differentials!) Schedule: 3pm - 11pm, every other weekend. Responsibilities Provide emotional support and facilitate recovery activities for clients. Engage compassionately with clients, their children, and families. Conduct room checks, transport clients, and maintain building security. Maintain accurate client records and perform essential administrative tasks. Assist with intake, discharge, and visiting hours. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license. Comfortable using computers and basic technology. Physical Requirements Frequently communicate with employees, parents, and clients both verbally and in writing. Reach above shoulder height to access necessary items. Complete repetitive tasks and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Lift up to 60 lbs. from floor to waist height.
