We are seeking a service-oriented Hospitality & Events Coordinator to help create a welcoming, professional experience for clients, guests, and employees. This role combines event planning, hospitality, and office coordination, offering the opportunity to keep daily operations running smoothly while delivering excellent service

Duties

• Organize and oversee events, including logistics, catering, room arrangements, equipment, and event-day support
• Track event expenses, manage invoices, and maintain relationships with vendors
• Support daily hospitality operations, including food service, meal planning, and catering requests
• Arrange meals for visiting attorneys and ensure dietary preferences and food allergies are accommodated
• Monitor food and beverage supplies and keep pantries, meeting spaces, and refreshment areas ready for use
• Coordinate office services such as conference room reservations, maintenance requests, and workspace arrangements
• Work with local office teams and outside providers to support the needs of multiple office locations
• Help address client concerns and find ways to improve the overall service experience
• Oversee hospitality staffing needs and assist with meal service and special events when needed
• Process food service invoices and support programs for employee meals and food donations
• Update training resources and recommend improvements to hospitality and event procedures
• Take on additional projects and administrative support as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, event planning, or food service
• Background in hospitality management or catering is a plus
• Understanding of food allergies, dietary accommodations, and proper food labeling
• Strong planning skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to take initiative, use sound judgment, and remain calm when resolving issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience handling vendor relationships, budgets, invoices, or supply inventory is preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information and interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and coworkers
• Willingness to work occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends and travel between office locations as needed

• Full time: M-F 730am-4pm
• Pay: $23.00-$27.00
