MSL RN Intern

Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) will be part of a 6‑week or longer internship program as need determines. The RN will orient on each unit doing three 12‑hour shifts until rotating through the specific Service Line units. The individual and mentor will work together to care for patients and develop a nursing foundation and skills necessary for positive patient outcomes. Upon program completion, the RN will choose a Service Line unit they wish to be hired to and complete unit‑specific orientation. The position allows for expanding current nursing knowledge and skills and provides numerous opportunities for growth and further development. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current Alabama licensure. Experience: New nursing school graduate and experienced. Additional Skills/Abilities: BLS required before the conclusion or orientation period.
