The program begins with five weeks of on‑site training in Syracuse, followed by continued field training alongside experienced technicians, preparing participants for a full‑time Field Service Technician role upon completion. What You’ll Learn & Do Participate in 5–6 weeks of structured, on‑site technical training in Syracuse Learn diesel and automotive fundamentals, including electrical systems and mechanical components Complete hands‑on, on‑the‑job training with experienced Field Service Technicians Assist with preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting Follow safety standards and company procedures Build customer service and communication skills Participate in regular check‑ins, evaluations, and skill assessments Who We’re Looking For Ability and willingness to travel to Syracuse for five weeks of on‑site training Experience in diesel, automotive, or hands‑on mechanical work Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a hands‑on environment Valid driver’s license; ability to pass a drug screen and obtain DOT and OSHA certifications are required We’re invested in your growth.
