We are actively hiring experienced caregivers who are available for 48 hour shifts, weekends, and live-in assignments, and who are willing to travel to Half Moon Bay, and surrounding coastal areas . Caregivers who enjoy flexible scheduling, working with different clients, and being available for a variety of assignments tend to thrive with us. We are especially looking for caregivers who are confident providing:
- Hands-on personal care
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Mobility assistance and transfers
- Dementia and Alzheimers care
- Hospice and end-of-life support
- Companionship and emotional support
- Transportation support, errands, and helping clients stay engaged in daily activities
- Daily Pay via Tapcheck access your earnings the same day you work
- Full-time opportunities available for caregivers open to multiple clients or split shifts

- Available to work throughout San Mateo County
- Valid negative TB Test
- Registered with CA DSS Home Care Aide Registry (DOJ/FBI background clearance)
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to support clients across different locations when needed
- Comfortable working with multiple clients and/or split shifts
- Able to communicate clearly in English
- We use E-Verify to confirm work eligibility
- Starting pay: $22$25/hr , based on client assignment
- Shift types: 4-hour, 6-hour, 8-hour, weekends, live-in, and multi-client shifts available depending on client needs and caregiver availability. While hours are not guaranteed, caregivers with open availability and flexibility for multiple clients often have greater scheduling opportunities.
