Ashland, VA | Day Shift | $18-$25/Hour | Temp-to-Hire

- Industrial Manufacturing Technician
Depending on the position, duties may include:
Operating manufacturing and fabrication equipment
Reading and interpreting work orders and specifications
Fabricating, assembling, and finishing products
Performing welding and metalworking tasks
Operating saws and other production machinery safely
Painting and finishing manufactured products
Hanging drywall
Some building construction work and light electrical
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Supporting production goals and quality standards
- Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, welding, painting, or construction-related work preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Math and ruler skills
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
